Led design and deployment of global customer strategy and go-to-market commercial toolbox for 12 new product initiatives across 3 categories in 12 months including Head & Shoulders (world's #1 shampoo), Pantene, Wella and Vidal Sassoon brands. Identified and executed $100 million incremental sales opportunity by educating regions on optimal shade palette distribution via in-person or online "Color College" in top 10 color markets.

Key highlights include the new Wella equity campaign which resulted in 6% growth of new Wella key account salons and the opening of the first Wella flagship salon in Germany.
