I have spent the past 25 + years in the IT industry in a variety of positions ranging from Help Desk to Manager, in companies ranging in size from as small as 25 to as large as 150, 000. My wide array of knowledge has helped me to build new departments, merge existing organizations and maintain and improve the quality and efficiency of people and systems. My background allows me to understand many difficult technical challenges while allowing the experts to perform at their best.
