Directly responsible for the development of Cadets from 5 countries and 3 services, and preparing them to become "Leaders of Character".Key Contributions:- Concurrently responsible for 1300 cadets in a simulated deployed environment as Deputy Commander, 2010 USAF Academy Global Engagement summer training program.- Commanders Summer Basic Training Squadron C's 136 new Cadets, 36 Cadet Cadre, 3 Officers and 4 Enlisted for intense, 6-week training program.- Personally developed/taught a new, U.S. Navy familiarization class to 1,300 Cadets.- Instructed over 100 of the USAF Academy's Cadet Professional Military Education Courses.- Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal
