If it involves construction, I’ve basically had years of experience performing the duties required to complete a project and as growth occurred hired and managed a team, collaborating with owners/investors, architects and engineers, subcontractor buy out and negotiations, scheduling, monitoring projects for quality, adherence to schedule and discuss any modifications needed and the reasons for them. I also have sold numerous projects in the past, worked in marketing with great effect. What I don’t know, I’m a quick study.The construction industry is in for a wild ride given the sophistication and quickness new software is emerging.
