With over three decades of experience in vehicle control systems, I am a seasoned engineering manager who currently leads software and application teams for body control modules at Ford Motor Company. This includes door, front and rear closures, seat, climate, and lighting modules for North American led programs. In my previous roles, I have also managed powertrain sensors, controls, applications, diagnostics, and end of line testing for various platforms and regions, working with teams in the US, UK, and Mexico. I have received the Henry Ford Technology Award for co-leading the development and implementation of a wireless powertrain module on-line programming system that has been deployed globally in all assembly plants. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and processes that meet customer needs and expectations. My mission is to leverage my extensive expertise and global perspective to drive innovation and improvement in vehicle control systems for Ford vehicles.
