From selling part of my lunch in grade school, to paperboy, to lifeguard, to grocery clerk, etc. I’ve been earning since I was 10. And while young, it was about having discretionary income. Now it’s something more. I’ve realized I am passionate about business and I take pleasure in delighting customers. Their satisfaction provides fulfillment and inspiration. Determination and loyalty have led me to the VP role at AMtec. I've worn many hats in my career and worked with multiple business units. Working on the Supply Chain side for the first decade of my career has provided a solid understanding of the customer mindset. I've been successful over the years because I'm a solid leader that believes in developing employees and giving them the tools needed to perform. By empowering them we form a strong unit that delivers customer satisfaction which results in year over year growth.
