Direct the team in working in close collaboration with department stakeholders to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs. Direct initiatives while managing the full scope of budget allocation, supplier sourcing, commercial requirements, negotiations, marketing & sales. Elevate strength against competitors using key consumer insights to establish custom solutions. Responsible for 500+ SKU’s and P&L oversight.► Surpass revenue expectations by creating the business plan, tailoring service offerings, tackling new markets, and overseeing the entire operation: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics.► Advance industry competitive market strategies, successfully defining the scope of client needs and attracting interest by leveraging a portfolio of value-added services to promote win-win solutions.► Increase transparency into current positioning through forecasting and tracking of weekly, monthly, and quarterly numbers to monitor deviations from targets in each market.► Maintain a strong industry presence through various promotional activities.
