Brian J. Pfistner serves as Chief Asset Officer at Capodagli Property Company, where he oversees a $3+ billion multifamily portfolio in the development, construction and stabilized phases. Utilizing his diverse experience in technology, finance and operations, Brian also advises on building design, amenities, tech packages and more.Prior to joining Capodagli, Brian served as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps and as a Series 7 licensed trader on Wall Street. He also co-founded a commercial real estate energy efficiency start-up focused on the NYISO demand response markets, successfully growing annual recurring revenues over $25MM before exiting to attend graduate school.Following graduate school, Brian was introduced to Capodagli Property Company founder George Capodagli and was instantly drawn to the entrepreneurial opportunity of scaling a company with tremendous upside. A self-proclaimed “data person,” he enjoys finding new ways to use technology to create efficiency.A New Jersey native, Brian holds a BBA from Temple University, Fox School of Business; a MHRM from Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. Brian has also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his family, enduro riding, and holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
