East Tennessee

Responsible for the overall direction of the East Tennessee market. Ensuring all dealership locations are adequately staffed, company policies/procedures are in place and strictly adhered to, customer satisfaction is a top priority and that we are maximizing every revenue generating opportunity. Fully accountable for all P&L results, for driving business and for promoting the Teph Seal brand.

Tn/Ar/Ky

Responsible for auditing, directing and providing counsel to a total of twenty-three Avis/Budget car rental Agency Operators to ensure top level customer service, to maximize incremental sales, to reduce cost and to increase margin. Accountable for fleet forecasting, driving sales, growing market share, controlling company assets, P&L analysis and business partner relations.
