Developed unit’s mission essential task lists (METL) in support of operational tests, inspections and evaluations, exceeding operational readiness requirements. Developed tactical and operational plans and orders. Analyzed and allocated training resources and budgets in excess of 2 million dollars. Assessed and managed unit and equipment readiness maintaining over a 98% readiness rate.

Conducted daily, crisis and combat operations and tactical execution of a 5 person crew in support of ICBM defense of the Nation. Primary interface for operational recommendations and decisions to the NORTHCOM Commander and National leadership. Oversaw and managed system readiness, capabilities in support of MDA testing and exercises. Coordinated daily with the Joint National Integration Center (JNIC), Missile warning Center, and Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC/ARSTRAT). Maintained crew at a 98% certification rate. Updated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures in parallel with real world events. Strong mentorship skills, both professionally and personally.

Managed and oversaw all facets of training, manning, and resourcing deployments of Army Space Support Teams (ARSST) and Commercial Imagery Teams (CIT) in support of National Guard and active Army Brigade Headquarters. Managed a full time force of 17 Soldiers in support of operational, logistical, and administrative functions. Developed first ever SOP on deployment cycles in the Battalion in support of the ARFORGEN model. Oversaw and executed 8 “Team” deployments all of which were successful with zero accidents/incidents. Managed all staff areas exceeding Unit Status Reporting metrics and set the standard for other Battalions to follow. Clear understanding of mission requirements while balancing personnel readiness. Herat, Afghanistan

Mentored, supervised, and coordinated efforts of a 15 Solider Embedded Training Team and 600+ Afghanistan Infantry Kandak. Trained newly formed Kandak and mentored the Commander, his Staff and the Soldiers of a multi-ethnical unit. Trained at the squad level to battalion level in preparation for exercises culminating in CPX’s, FTX’s, and TTX’s, within a 6 month period. Achieving over a %70 readiness rate. Planned and participated in 15 ISAF patrols, 6 MARSOF operations, 4 ANP/ANA interagency missions, and 2 long term (30 days +) humanitarian/combat operations with success. Maintained a Zero accident/incident rate and Zero loss of life and equipment. Sustained strong morale of U.S. Soldiers, Airmen, and Sailors thus achieving mission success always.
