My name is Brian Gerhart, I am an entrepreneur, business owner, interim / emergency CEO, business consultant and executive, business, and financial coach specializing in family businesses. I have spent my entire career working with individuals, non-profits, and businesses to achieve their goals and increase performance by setting and achieving the correct short- and long-term goals. I come at each situation with a unique approach and have achieved extraordinary results for my companies and my clients who have a desire to see real change in their business, organization, or life.I have had the privilege of working with some incredible people and teams during my career in companies ranging from start-ups to $3 billion in annual revenue. I have worked and managed in general and technical sales, wholesale business-to-business (B2B), and business-to-consumer (B2C) environments. I am an experienced executive leader, having held positions in operational management and business development as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and CEO. Over the last 15 years, I led multiple mergers and acquisitions and assisted clients in buying other companies and selling their businesses.I didn’t start out with the goal of being a consultant or coach. I started in 2014 with a desire to use my God-given gifts and abilities to help other people. It didn't start out as a business; I started out helping friends who owned businesses take them to the next level. I believe this is one of the areas that God has called me, to be part of and invest in the lives of others. I love entrepreneurs, family businesses, small and mid-sized privately held companies. I believe the impact that companies and their leaders have on their people, their communities, and their local economies goes far beyond what we can see today.
