Bringing service users and key stakeholders into staff hiring processes, program evaluation efforts, governance bodies, and educational curriculum development/delivery initiatives—creating an environment of mutual accountability, client-informed innovation, and iterative feedback and knowledge exchange. Working together, staff and service users discover new ways to move the basis of our work from belief to evidence—allowing for improved transparency and responsiveness.Consistently spearheaded the development of new and innovative collaborative programs that have involved 150+ local, provincial, and national organizations—including securing millions of dollars in local, provincial, federal, & private funds, as well as in-kind contributions. Organizations engaged range from businesses to the arts, First Nations, community services, faith-based organizations, educational institutions, multiple health authorities, upper levels of provincial ministries, & national knowledge exchange, advocacy, and best practice clearing houses.
