After 20+ years of service in the U.S. Army, I have learned to work with diverse teams in high pace environments to complete projects and tasks that have local, regional, and global impacts. My experience as a tactical and operational communications leader have taught me how to create problem solutions with cross-functional teams.As an IT Operations Chief for one of The Army's Cyber Centers, I have earned an excellent track record for balancing mission accomplishment and customer service support. I have forecasted requirements, developed and synchronized deployment plans, and developed innovative problem solutions that affect enterprise services in a large service area.I am excited to start this new chapter of my career and pursue a path in project management.
