Since 2006, we have provided a wide scope of Services to compliment the existing HR efforts of regional businesses. Large employers (150+) with existing HR staff request temporary project assistance or "hands-on" help during peak events. All services are ultimately customized to serve the individual client.

Started new business venture within the OneSource Companies' business entity. Primary support for all human resource functions for 25 leased employee clients and approximately 2,500 employees. Designed policy and implemented infrastructure to support business services, payroll, accounting and clients. Directly involved in all employee related issues concerning workers' compensation, unemployment, FMLA, COBRA, discipline and other cases where consultation with management or owners was needed. Client payroll volume processed during this start up period approached 25 million.

Site supervisor at Warner Electra Atlantic(WEA) in Dunmore, PA for OneSource Staffing employees on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Interviewed, hired and placed suitable candidates; also removed candidates for cause or upon end of project. Implemented the first transformation from "paper applicant" process to electronic query and match process for five offices. System was integrated with payroll and accounting department. Trained all office employees to use software for filling orders without disruption to day to day activity or delays in payroll processing. Accepted other projects offered by employer and was promoted to start the Onesource Leasing busienss venture.
