Managing the department for Apex and its 3 locations including our acquired location.• I manage a Computer Technician and a Software Developer who is now consulting for us. I also manage BPI who supports our network and Ohio.net who supports our IP phones.• Oversaw project to implement two new hosts to support the current 18 Virtual Machines (VM’s).• Responsible for all related IT capital budgets and the annual expense budget.• I am constantly looking for solutions that will improve IT while keeping our Computer Technician and my boss informed. • I upgraded their email from GroupWise to Microsoft 365. I worked with Navisite to migrate their email.• I replaced the current phone system with an IP based phone system in January 2020.• I contacted and interviewed ERP suppliers in order the replace their current two ERP systems (SBT & TIW) with one fully functional ERP system. This project was put on hold do to the pandemic in March 2020 and started back up in November 2020. I am working with Workpack Solutions (CartonERP Supplier) during the discovery and implementation phases.• I had our network supplier replace our existing firewalls in January 2020 with Fortigate firewalls at all three locations.• I had a VPN setup with multi-factor authentication for our remote users and I worked with some of our employees as they began working remotely.• I worked on our acquisition converting their email, phones, firewall and server.• I worked with our cloud backup partner during setup and using their product.

I am working on the project to replace their current CLI/Streme software with Insequence. They sell tires, wheel assemblies and axles directly to Ford in Avon. I was also responsible for overseeing the creation of a new server room, the new wiring ran to this room and the moving of their existing servers as well as the installation of some new servers.• Managing the project to mitigate risks and replace their current CLI/Streme software with Insequence.• Hold bi-weekly meetings with all suppliers tracking the progress of the project and communicating all updates to the project sponsor and the team.• Track and monitor all tasks while holding all levels of the organization responsible for their deliverables.• Managed a team of different suppliers and internal staff to create a new server room, have the wiring ran to this room and the moving of their existing servers as well as the installation of some new servers.• I worked with Verizon to implement new IP phones at the location.

Managed the EDI systems for the Truck and Rail groups until they found someone with more SAP experience. This was my first job after my position was eliminated and moved to another state. I worked in various consulting roles gaining valuable experience.
