With a hands on approach and high sense of urgency I directly communicate with field supervisors and office personal to assure all change orders and current redlined sets of plans are provided and reviewed pre-construction to avoid confusion and assure schedules will be met.Field Superintendent.As a field Superintendent I attended pre construction scheduling meetings as well as weekly safety meetings with home builders and installers, scheduled material deliveries, applied detailed layout of electrical system on studs and floors using approved plans, tested complete electrical assemblies for performance levels and safety concerns, Inspected all work prior to official building inspections, kept an organized quality assurance tracking system of the entire process, responded to emergency callbacks, provided onsite support while meeting accelerated construction schedules.Customer Service.Traced, diagnosed, and repaired electrical malfunctions in customer occupied homes.Understanding that more times than not the customer is unhappy and had to take time off work for our appointment I would always call 30 minutes in advance, show up on time, wear foot protection in homes, wear professional attire, apologize for the inconvenience and ask if I can help with any other electrical issues.By showing customers this type of courtesy and repairing the issue they were always in a good mood by the time I left the home.
