As a REALTOR that I worked with buyers and sellers. I also worked with landowners, renters, leases, property management, and property maintenance.

I finished my 6th year of teaching at the STEPS program, a post-high program for special education students from 18 - 22 years of age, focusing on students'​ successful transition from teen to adult life. During this time I have become an IEP specialist, behavior modification specialist, and transition specialist. My job duties include but are not limited to:Use data to write and implement individual education programsBi-annual public speaking for graduation ceremonyClassroom instructionBehavior management/modificationManage up to 35 staff and students. Case manager for 28-30 students (per school year) with individual education programs (IEP). Coordinate community lessons and events for staff and students. Utilize data tracking tools used for assessment and evaluation. Conduct curriculum-based assessments. Determine and report student progress using curriculum based assessments. Coordinate with government and private agencies to support clients/students' educational needs.
