With my industry experience on both sides of the business, my transparency and candor with all my clients has been well received.Prior to Computershare, I spent 25 years on the client side at John Hancock Signature Services (JHSS) - the registered U.S Retail Transfer Agent for John Hancock Investment Management. At the time of my departure I held the role as Head of JHSS, and Vice President of Operations. A Transfer Agent Senior leader responsible for all domestic TA activities; including quarterly board communications, and global oversight/management of all service providers for our retail, offshore and closed-end funds business. My industry involvement included seats on the ICI Operations and TA Advisory committees.
