• Provided legal support for international and domestic project development and mergers & acquisitions/private equity transactions, securities offerings, SEC reporting obligations, corporate governance and corporate restructurings• Advised clients on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) compliance, and cybersecurity/data breach investigations• Provided pro bono support to the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security and its Cybersecurity Legal Task Force• Co-authored and contributed articles related to energy law and business in publications including Unconventional Oil & Gas Report and Texas Lawyer • Completed an eight-month in-house secondment to a major international integrated oil & gas company
