Our team manages over 650 privately owned rental properties in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Our clients range from local investors to international transferees. The properties we manage range from 800 sq ft condominiums to 5000+ sq ft estates. Each property has its own unique lease provisions and maintenance requirements. We work with tenants, contractors and municipalities to handle all aspects of leasing, maintenance, accounting and licensing for our property owners. Our responsibilities are ever evolving and we strive to be a leader and innovator in our field.

· Prepare marketing plans and advertising materials for clients and self promotion.· Negotiate contract details, inspections dates and the disbursement of funds.· Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, agents and clients to ensure smooth and timely transactions.· Keep apprised of current real estate laws and market conditions· Attend continuing education courses to maintain a license in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Manage day-to-day operations of a multi-unit commercial zoned property.Interview prospective tenants and negotiate leases.Collect rental payments and maintain monthly bookkeeping. Oversee capital improvements as well as daily maintenance within the confines of a narrow operating budget. Prepare year-end statements and annual budget.
