Supporting the development and implementation of new tools, processes and programs to deliver major step change improvement in the effectiveness of the Global Procurement team. Helping deliver the transformation of Global Procurement at Indivior into a collaborative valued business partner that creates a competitive business advantage to internal stakeholders and the Indivior business.Essential Functions:• Validate competitive bidding and procurement engagement compliance of business functions through reporting, analysis, and research.• Enforce records management compliance and ensure business function compliance with competitive bidding record retention through training and compliance testing.• Develop, communicate, train and ensure utilization of procurement related tools by business stakeholders.• Support the Supply and Manufacturing organization to ensure suppliers are paid on-time by producing payment metrics, conducting analysis to determine root causes and trends for late payments, working with Business Supplier Owners to improve on-time payment rates, and facilitating resolution of road blocks to on-time payments with other organizations within Indivior.• Act as Subject Master Expert within Indivior on the Procure to Pay functionality within SAP and all policies, processes, programs and tools related to procuring goods and services.• Provide project management support for procurement improvement projects.• Develop spend reporting and analysis to support Spend Category Management and supplier rationalization.• Represent Global Procurement on cross-functional Indivior teams supporting procurement related systems, processes and policies. Work collaboratively with interdependent functions such as IT and Finance to further and develop improve procurement related systems, processes and policies.

Operations Officer (27 September 2021-1 June 2022)-Oversaw Operations for a forward-deployed Base Management cell consisting of 28 Soldiers in Base Operations, Base Logistics, Administration, IT, Engineering, Contract Management Legal Services, Public Affairs, Equal Opportunity, and Sexual Harassment and Assault Response and Prevention. -Coordinated, executed, and performed after action reviews on base-wide exercises covering over 3,000 military personnel to include U.S. servicemembers, DoD contractors, Host-Nation and Third Country Nationals, and servicemembers from over 20 NATO participants.-Managed, reviewed, and submitted for renewal Operation Inherent Resolve's Non-Tactical Vehicle contract for Kuwait, covering 62 vehicles and over $700,000 in government funding. Enforced the contractor's adherence to the terms of the contract and submitted contractual grievances on the government's behalf.COVID-19 Pandemic Response - State and Federal Active Duty (March - August 2020)-Coordinated brigade-level logistics covering operations in support to the state of Virginia.-Supported COVID-19 Virginia National Guard State Active Duty mission, providing logistics support in response to requests from the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and Department of Emergency Management (VDEM).-Trained, managed, supervised, and inspired a logistics cell of six soldiers through superior leadership to enhance performance and develop subordinate skills and leadership abilities.-Sourced supplies and equipment in support of Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) logistics requests for forwarding to the Virginia Contracting Officer (VCO) for procurement.-Inspected for accuracy and certified all outgoing shipments from VDEM to supported health agencies across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Company Commander (1 September 2020-1 June 2022)-Responsible for the training, development, and welfare of 84 soldiers across various Military Occupational Specialties (MOS). -Develop annual training plans to identify and meet the unit's annual proficiency requirements, per Army training regulations; training plans cover 12 weekends and a two week annual training period. -Deployed a 50 Soldier detachment to Fort Pickett, Virginia in January and February 2021 to facilitate the training, administration, feeding, and medical readiness for over 2,500 Soldiers deployed to DC for Civil Disturbance Response. -Deployed an 84 personnel unit to Iraq in Kuwait, managing the training and readiness of the unit and the movement of all personnel and equipment from the U.S. to Kuwait and Iraq. -Planned the retrograde and de-activation of 84 personnel from Iraq and Kuwait back to the U.S. Management included project management of over 40 administrative, logistical, and operational deadlines for the unit to ensure successful return of all personnel and equipment to Virginia.

Focus the company’s operations department on continuous process improvement. Purview spans branch sales operations, warehouse operations, deliveries and inter-company distribution, and purchasing. Implement Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL - Infor) in the branch locations and develop procedures for daily operations on TWL.Accomplishments• Developed an inspection program to confirm compliance with company procedures on TWL. The inspection program tightened procedures and identified weaknesses in processes and remedies for them.• Created reporting tools for TWL using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio that enhanced the company’s visibility of daily operational efficiency in the warehouse branches.

Managed all aspects of supply chain, logistics, administration, marketing and recruiting operations for 50 personnel. Responsible for managing the budget of over $4 million across three fiscal years.
