Deputise to security manager when required, actively ensuring the efficient operation of the security department. Entailing the physical security of the hotel on a 24hr basis and ensuring a prompt and competent response to all emergency situations. Maintaining guest and staff relations whilst assisting in all areas with matters relating to security of the hotel.

Jointly responsible for the physical security within the store, deputise to security controller when required, actively ensuring the efficient operation of the security department whilst liaising with external contractors, staff and other management departments. complete responsibility for administration of department and any subsequent investigations. Fully compliant with CCTV / Emergency / Evacuation systems. Directly responsible for apprehending suspects which currently contributes to over half the annual arrest total. Actively responsible for on-goinh staff training and induction at all levels, encompassing all aspects of security and operational management. Represent the company in relation to the media and other external bodies when required.

Responsible for the security of the hospital, staff, visitors and patients. Experienced in the control and restraint of psychiatric patients. Actively and directly responsible for team of five uniformed officers ensuring the efficient monitoring of access to the site at all levels including vehicle / car parking. Ensure the safe passage of any V.I.P / members of Royalty as and when required.

Loss prevention, detection and apprehension of offenders / trespassers. Active patrolling of premises and grounds ensuring the safety of staff / visitors / property. Regular monitoring of CCTV, intruder / fire systems.
