My role incorporates several elements. The first is to utilize my network to identify new opportunities for the Firm. These opportunities are largely focused around mid-market and privately held companies and the unique environment within which they operate. We advise these companies in regards to Audit, Tax, Consulting and Financial Advisory services. I develop my relationship with senior executives at these firms by listening to and understanding their risks, challenges, and objectives. I then assemble the right Deloitte team, from a functional, industry and geographic perspective, to meet their needs and goals. This enables us to deliver a distinctive, tailored client service experience that is scalable to the size of their organization.I also work with Deloitte's Partners, Principals and Managing Directors to ensure that our existing clients are aware of all of our capabilities. For those clients where we are providing a single function (e.g. audit or tax) I connect our team internally to make sure that we are covering the full spectrum of technical and functional expertise that Deloitte can offer (e.g. cyber security, strategic growth, ai, enterprise technology and performance, core business operations, human capital, M&A, etc.). I then assemble cross-functional, industry specific internal teams to meet with clients for brainstorming / strategic discussions.I am honored to represent the largest and most capable Professional Services firm in the world! This role plays directly to my strengths of facilitating process improvement, efficient communication and exceptional client service.
