While ascending to VP of Client Services for RE Technology startup, Buyside, I collaborated with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative buyer analytics and home valuation solutions. I built and led customer success operations that supported exponential growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and rapid expansion of our client base: from zero customers in 2014 to 65+ national brokerage clients in 2019. In an SaaS environment, we developed account management, customer care, technical integration services, and customer engagement infrastructure, from scratch, including standardized processes for customer onboarding, sales coaching, and ongoing education.
