Within four years of making that first bottle, our team achieved #56 on Wine Enthusiasts Top 100 Wines of the Year and the highest-rated Rose. Our team achieved both of these milestones without owning a winery or a vineyard. We completely reimagined how quality wine could be made globally and more efficiently from an environmental and financial perspective. I created an innovation function delivering a portfolio of brands that would power our growth to 300,000 cases in wholesale, with multiple brands (valuable in their own right) generating north of $6mm in revenue. Through M&A I positioned the company as a leading supplier in the emerging organic category. Every time we set the course for one of these transformative initiatives, I was told it wasn't possible. It was only through a shared vision, a driven team, and thoughtful execution that we achieved what others thought was just a dream.As an entrepreneur and executive leader, I have a history of success in identifying and acting on market whitespace through product leadership, marketing, creative routes to market, and operational excellence. As the Founder, President, Board Member, and Interim CEO, I have successfully developed and executed strategic initiatives across multiple growth areas and cross-functional teams. These initiatives have included omni-channel sales and marketing, e-commerce, product innovation and development, mergers and acquisitions, brand and creative, operations, and finance.
