There are a few sides of me. Started 2 companies, failed one, exited the other. Former M&A strategy leader for Deloitte Consulting and spent the last 3 years intensely studying marketing and digital marketing both B2C and B2B. Wworked 2-3 jobs at once to put me and my wife through 4 degrees while having 2 kids (now 4), joined WarPlan Ai as COO in December 2023, facilitated over 100 workshops for leadership teams all over the world, helped multiple $10+ Billion organizations acquire, merge, and divest impacting 50,000+ employees, raised in a family of entrepreneurs and executive coaches and consultants, launched a coaching network that currently helps over 500 business owners as of September 2024, and Podcast Host. I've coached over 1,000 business owners and leaders to get their teams and businesses in momentum and stay there. From electricians and cleaning businesses to Fortune 100 companies like Toyota, Dell, FedEx, Sysco Foods, and dozens of others, I've helped leaders build their teams to high sustainable results that is driven by both profit and employee experience.
