·Awarded competitive fellowship to develop technical skills in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and ServiceNow·Developed a “low code, no code” solution for the HR team, size fifty people, using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to help track data points needed for partner programs for Amazon, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. The solution was to award employees obtaining certificates and keeping track of partnership programs with Amazon, Microsoft, and ServiceNow·Partook in meetings that practice the method of Scrum and Agile and used that advantage to collaborate with others·Graduated from the fellowship and joined the IRM/SIO/SOD contract at the Department of State· Key Personnel member of the Information Resource Management, Systems and Integration Office, Systems Operations Divisions (IRM/SIO/SOD) on a $100M+ federal contract·Provided technical support as part of the Tier 3 IT team including creating SharePoint sites, recovering files on SharePoint sites, providing access to departed State employees’ OneDrives, assigning administrator roles in SharePoint, responding to Tier 2 tickets, and creating tickets with Microsoft· Migrated 200+ State employees’ home folders to the cloud on OneDrive·Migrated 50+ videos from Microsoft Stream to SharePoint in preparation of Microsoft Stream’s retirement in February 2023·Onboarded 30+ State employees to Adobe Acrobat Sign by providing access and guidance on how to use the tool effectively
