About Brian Raboin

With over two decades of startup leadership under my belt, I've been driving innovation in the dynamic world of SaaS and PaaS. I've led teams to develop and deliver groundbreaking products and services. By learning from some of the best Private Equity firms in the world (Vista Equity and Thoma Bravo), I've been able to consistently scale businesses by implementing the best operational processes, systems and standards.I've played a pivotal role in orchestrating successful mergers and acquisitions, contributing to three notable exits (HostMySite, Booker, Mailgun) and leading three successful acquisitions and integrations (Hosting.com, Neospire, Email on Acid).I have a passion for helping startups scale, grow, and mature to achieve their goals. My experience working in Private Equity has equipped me with the skills to spot market opportunities and build Go-To-Market strategies for Product-Centric Businesses, resulting in successful exits measured in billions. But it's not just about growth for growth's sake – I'm passionate about fostering a culture of respect, focus, and discipline, where growth is a byproduct of a good plan, better execution, and the best people. It's all about nurturing both personal and business development in an environment where people, character, and values matter most.
