Now calling Raleigh home since 2015, I have been actively engaged in the business and non-profit communities including Downtown Raleigh Alliance (served as Board Chair), The Raleigh Chamber of Commerce (I served on the Board of Directors), The Alexander & Poyner YMCA Board, Cooperating Raleigh Colleges (served as Board Chair), I was a member of the delegation that won the bid for the World University Games (coming to NC in 2029), task force member for Wake County's Blueprint to Dismantle Systemic Racism, and served on the Advisory Committee for the Raleigh Downtown Transportation Plan.I am fortunate to have earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication and Culture, an M.B.A., and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. I also earned a certificate in Executive Coaching and am a published author on enrollment strategy.
