Responsible for creative direction and bottom line, worked on Film, TV, interactive, music and theme park music teams. Created aggressive financial goals then assembled and managed a team to achieve those goals. Additional responsibilities include, 5-year and annual budgeting from departmental level up to corporate reporting, financial forecasts and re-casts, pro forma evaluations and cash flow management and managing staff worldwide. Rawlings’ team grew the revenues six fold in a ten year period, culminating with the “High School Musical”, “Cheetah Girls” and “Hannah Montana,” franchises. Disney reported $1 billion in company wide revenue from "High School Musical" alone.
