Responsible for the development of lease strategies for BCG's existing office portfolio and new offices and the implementation of these strategies from project kick-off to the execution of lease agreements. Throughout each project it was required to work with all internal stakeholders and coordinate BCG's global real estate vendor's activities. Brian supported the strategic management of the company's real estate portfolio performance on a regional and global level.

In the role of Managing Director, East Region Lead for the Global Corporates Services (GCS) group, Brian formulated proactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented strategies for complex and diverse real estate portfolios. The delivery of integrated solutions that align global real estate objectives with business goals drove the execution of all service delivery. He worked closely with clients to improve their CRE processes and utilize best-in-class technology solutions to increase effectiveness and drive efficiencies. Over the course of his time at Newmark, he completed over 300 projects covering over 3M SF across the globe over all major property types (office, industrial, retail) inclusive of site selections, relocations, lease renewals, expansions, subleases, and terminations. His role evolved into a management position over time as he increased his number of clients, teamed with direct reports, and pursued business development opportunities.
