I served as primary analyst responsible for design, development, and implementation of over 40 reports, spanning 6 LOB’s, and served as primary backup analyst for nearly 20 more. After being introduced to writing scripts in Visual Basic, I was able to spend overtime hours to complete projects outside of my normal responsibilities. This led to a permanent positon in Transaction Management where I was able to build and maintain automated work queues for an offshore team. I built and maintained work queues for several LOB's, and also built a work queue application for QA which allowed them to be assigned randomly selected documents for quality analysis.

In January of 2012 I began working at Bank of America in Corrections and Special Requests, correcting documents that contained errors so that they can be recorded. However my enthusiasm for data analysis became evident to my managers and I was assigned to log and organize our work queue and distribute work to my peers. I began working at UPS in late 2003 as an unloader. Within 7 months I had learned the sort material and was moved to the sort aisle. By the end of my first year with the company, I accepted a position as a Training Supervisor. As a training supervisor, I performed one on one training with new hires for their first 2 weeks on the job. I met with all new hires on day one, assigned them to a one on one trainer, and monitored their progress for the duration of their first 6 weeks on the job, ensuring all documentation was complete. In 2008, I accepted a position as a Supervisor of Operations in the outbound department. I led various teams of 6 to 10 individuals. I directed the work assignments each day, monitored performance, and coached the team to work safely while meeting production and quality standards.
