Led three complex business operations under one roof consisting of a sales team, service and support team, and training team. Grew department to over 185 employees while also maintaining operating expenses, payroll, and keeping losses in balance for a service team that served over 3000 customer per week. Key AccomplishmentsAchieved 30% YoY sales comps 3 years in a row while navigating new shopping terrain with online and immediate delivery. Consistently recruited, hired, and developed top talent for individual store growth while also supporting the growth of our corporate operations team located in Austin, Texas by promoting 4 - 6 talented individuals per month to support their headcount needs. Selected by senior leaders in the organization to provide expertise on the launch of iPhone X. Spearheaded the creation of internal multimedia, print and podcast content to prepare 500 global stores for launch of this exciting product. Created a “One Apple” experimental program to help corporate and support teams better understand how retail stores operate. This program later moved from an experiment to a daily operation and is still in place today. Built community relationships with Austin Schools to bring hundreds of kids per month into the store for STEM based field trips. Created and executed a plan to help teachers maximize use of Apple technology in the classroom with workshops focused on building confidence creating digital lesson plans, integrating multi media in classwork, and expression of the arts with digital tools.
