Currently leading the design and development of Cal Poly Pomona’s inaugural Hall thruster, under the Student Ion Propulsion Design Project (SIPDP). Overseeing research and design initiatives for both cathode and anode systems, with a focus on optimizing performance under budget constraints. Presently conducting tests to achieve a plasma glow, which will serve as a proof of concept and validation for subsequent thrust analysis.

- Simplifying aerospace manufacturing processes by designing fixtures, specifying GD&T standards, adjusting work order instructions, and hands-on assembly work.- Ensured component quality through thorough inspections and generated detailed reports to communicate findings to customers.- Tested assembled components for torque, force output, and other customer requirements in both room temperature and sub-optimal environments.

Researched and developed servo ball valves and pyrotechnic valves for a monopropellant rocket engine, designed P&ID of the fluid systems and assisted in procedure documentation, expected to launch July 2024.

Designed head end ignition design with structural and thermal analysis, 3D printed propellant basket and other components, sent out design drawings to manufacturers using GD&T. Static fired April 2024.

Led the design and testing of a pulley payload system on an autonomous drone. 3D printed components, wired, and programmed payload mechanism to drop 0.5 lb payload at 80 ft.

Designed wing and control systems on fixed wing for an aircraft flying at 30 mph. Performed analysis on wing loads and simulated in XFLR5 with successful flight as of May 2024.

Designed and built rover capable of maneuvering 20 foot obstacle in 14 seconds, using structural analysis, mentored by professionals, and coded rover in C.
