Unsuccessful attempt to buy a business, however, gained many new skills along the way. Steps included business valuation, successful negotiating of price and terms, development of business plan which included operational plan, marketing plan, competitive analysis, financing summary, projected revenue/COGS/income/balance sheet/cash flow analysis.
