Research, collect, and disburse tourism information about the city of Spearfish and surrounding area leisure and group travelers. Manage, update, and maintain digital media platforms. Adjunct instructor for various courses at BHSU including: MCOM 151 Introduction to Mass Communication; MCOM 220, Introduction to Digital Media.Planned, prepared, and conducted introductory mass communication courses.

Instructor of record for three sections of the fundamentals of speech course per semester at South Dakota State University and instructed primarily first- and second-year students in both lecture and lab formats. Participated in the strategic planning and development of the SDSU Speech Lab.

Covered events related to the U.S. Army, especially those in the Washington, D.C. area.Used comprehensive skills and knowledge of writing, editing and photography to produce news stories for Army News website, www.army.mil/ARNews.

Assisted the Online Editor with any duties that pertain to www.BHSUBuzz.com.Used comprehensive skills/knowledge of converging media to produce and maintain a well-organized, student-run online website. Presented informational seminars to mass communication students at BHSU.

Assisted students and retired seniors with technology and the social media network, Ning.com.Planned activities and volunteer opportunities that encourage intergenerational cooperation.

Assisted faculty with classroom technologies including: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Adobe Photoshop, Projectors, Elmo cameras, etc.Gained technological knowledge of new programs through workshops.
