Completed responsibilities included permitting, red-lining plans and submitting necessary corrections to design and material takeoffs. Responsibilities also included the scheduling of vendors and subcontractors, daily site inspections, payment approvals, and conducting meetings with sales staff, homebuyers, architects, engineers, city and third party inspectors, and bank representatives.

Managed all business activity for three divisions including land development, commercial construction, and production at a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities included supervision and scheduling of subcontract crews, bid soliciting, contract management, defining scopes of work, approval of subcontractor and vendor draws, and submitting bank draws. Also acted as Controller managing all accounting activities. Assigned to liquidate assets in August 2002.
