I am the Assistant Manager and Project Coordinator for the Campus Support Services department which is responsible for all tiers of support at the College. I directly handle staff coaching, project execution, and process improvement.- I have trained and mentored most of our staff for both in-person and remote support, ensuring they are prepared to handle tickets efficiently and effectively with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. - I directly manage and oversee department projects from initiation to completion as well as being a critical representative of Lehman on complex projects involving other CUNY colleges. - I roll up my sleeves and dive directly in when needed. As one of the most experienced members of the support team I am the point of escalation for most complex issues that require out of the box thinking. - I am constantly looking for potential process improvements and have worked diligently to implement changes successfully. I was a major driving force for our change to the use of remote support tools. - I am also responsible for organizing and facilitating the yearly committee meetings involving College senior staff, faculty, and students to develop the Student Technology Fee budget. I also oversee the budget itself and oversee the execution of all projects selected by the committee.

I was a member of the support team responsible for tier 2 support of campus computer equipment and software, handling both service requests and incident resolution. Also responsible for stepping in and assisting tier 1 resources when needed.

Primary technician responsible for the installation and support of computer equipment and software for clients in the Westchester Area. Clients included primary schools and at home clients.
