Compliance Manager
Current• To support the Health and Safety champion in ensuring H&S compliance and quality records are maintained. • To be aware of the responsibility of all employees to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients visitors and staff.• To ensure quality plans are set up to deliver the requirements of the contract specification.• To report, and action, any deficiencies in quality standard to the relevant supervisor and manager• To produce and report Management Information relating to quality and H&S as required.• Understand and deliver all contractual terms relating to quality assurance. • Communicate any on site client changes to the appropriate line manager.• Must be able to engage with clients to ensure service requirements are not compromised.• To carry out service monitoring in line with agreed schedules as agreed with line manager • To identify and develop opportunities, through initiative ideas and creative thinking by being proactive.• In agreement with the various managers, investigate and evaluate appropriate initiatives for new services.• Action plans are completed following Patient/consumers satisfaction surveys. • To ensure that developed monitoring systems are implemented and supported fully to demonstrate compliance to the contract specification.• Monitoring systems include the review of labour hours against those originally projected in the contract submission.• The development of reports that highlight areas for efficiency within the operation as a whole.
