I describe myself as an "Alignment and Movement Strategist" – working as an Executive Coach, a Mentor, and a Facilitator – and am passionate about helping both individuals and organisations operate in a more aligned, more sustainable and therefore more effective manner, with a strong sense of movement in the ‘right’ direction. Over the past 12 years, I have ‘re-engineered’ my life, and translated my senior corporate, commercial and management experience, such as the COO for Asia Pacific, of a large, NASDAQ-listed Technology company, into a focus on: * board, organisational and team development, alignment and effectiveness;* individual alignment, development and effectiveness - helping people build sustainable lives and careers, based on meaning and purpose;* leadership development and effectiveness;* and innovative strategy development, both at the corporate and individual level.Known for my creative and innovative approach, I have consulted to a large number of organisations, ranging from large multi-nationals, such as IBM, NAB, AGL, ANZ, Wesfarmers, and Mastercard amongst others, to smaller organisations such as Warakirri Asset Management, and not-for-profit organisations, including World Vision, Baptcare, WEHI, Oaktree and others, and as a ‘trusted advisor’ to senior individuals, typically at the CEO/MD-level or reporting to that level.I have had substantial not-for-profit Board experience, and have served on the Board and as the Chair of both Oaktree and the Centre for Sustainability Leadership. Finally, I have a Masters of Business Leadership and an Honours degree in Information Systems, both from the University of South Africa, a Bachelor of Science from Rhodes University in South Africa, and Diplomas in Personnel Management and Project Management, and am also an accredited Birkman, Leadership Circle and Lego Serious Play practitioner.
