Brian has 25 years experience as a Business Consultant and Advisor providing sales, marketing, business planning, financing and risk management solutions and services to private and public companies. Brian contracts his services to Companies sourcing and arranging capital through equity, debt, bridge, angel investors, financing forums and other sources of financing, and assists companies in the going public process. Brian has extensive experience with the Capital Pool Company (“CPC”) program provided by the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (“TSXV”) representing both the CPC and the Qualifying Transaction companies through the provision of a Business Plan, Business Valuation, Fairness Opinion, assistance with Share Structure and other Services to ensure a successful Reverse Take Over (‘RTO”) that is fair to all shareholders. Brian was the President and Director of Technology Growth Partners Corp. a Capital Pool Company, which traded on the TSX Venture Exchange “TSXV” whose qualifying transaction, was VantagePoint Systems, Inc. symbol “VPG” which was listed on the TSXV from 2002 until 2008 when is was acquired by Solar Soft Systems Inc. a portfolio company of Marlin Equity Partners LLC.
