Enterprise Application Sales Representative working with upmarket Enterprise accounts in Pacific Northwest. Primarily selling Oracle’s Customer Experience Software Solutions which help clients transform their customer’s experiences across the web, customer service centers, in-store, and social media channels. Solutions include chat, co-browse, web self-service, knowledge base, contact center and social monitoring. • Trained in the following professional sales methodologies: Costigan (prospecting), Sandler (problem identification), BayGroup International (negotiations) • Achieved recognition as winner of two prospecting competitions for the following Oracle software solutions: UPK and CRM Desktop • Assigned to mentor numerous new hire Application Sales Representatives. Responsibilities include teaching the Oracle process, accelerated on-boarding, and territory planning • Consistently exceeded measured metrics and sales quota • Responsible for all revenue-generating activities including: prospecting, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, negotiating closings, contracts, order docs, and booking deals • Helped develop best practices for new processes after the acquisition of RightNow Technologies (which became Oracle RightNow software) • Responsible for creating and presenting territory plans and quarterly business reports (QBR)
