I was trained in every position in the store, both in the front of house and back of house. Tyler Pischke (now Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Toccoa) was in charge of my development. He poured into me as a developing leader and taught me skills like shift management, problem solving, and customer service. He and the other leaders at our store invested in my growth in a selfless manner, all willing to pour out their knowledge and experience. My boss, Erik Smith, gave me opportunity and grace during this time to take on challenges and fail at times. This season was foundational in my career with Chick-fil-A, it stoked a passion in me for serving others and a desire to pursue growth within our organization.
