Director of Hiring/Recruiting, Hospitality & Training*As our director of Hiring and Recruiting it was my job to lead our efforts from the marketing of our job listings to the hiring of a candidate.*As our hospitality lead it was my job to lead our teams efforts towards providing the best hospitality possible to every guest everyday. I had 4 direct reports who "owned" different areas of the store and collaborated to capitalize on our growth opportunities. *As our FOH Training Cordinator, I was in charge of facilitating all of the training of our new front of house team members. As well as building and managing our team of FOH trainers

As a Shift Leader I had the responsibility to plan and execute successful shifts. I made a gameplan for my shifts by making setups that highlight Team Members strengths while challenging them to grow. Throughout the shift I monitored several things; team member well being, customer satisfaction, sales, labor productivity, speed of service, and food quality to name a few. When acting as Shift Lead it was my job to take extreme ownership of the restaurant, I had the opportunity to directly influence the success of our business so I had the responsibility to pursue excellence.

During this season, I was given a hands-on, totally immersive dive into our culture and operations at Chick-fil-A Grovetown. I was trained in every position in the store, both in the front of house and back of house. Tyler Pischke (now Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Toccoa) was in charge of my development. He poured into me as a developing leader and taught me skills like shift management, problem solving, and customer service. He and the other leaders at our store invested in my growth in a selfless manner, all willing to pour out their knowledge and experience. My boss, Erik Smith, gave me opportunity and grace during this time to take on challenges and fail at times. This season was foundational in my career with Chick-fil-A, it stoked a passion in me for serving others and a desire to pursue growth within our organization.
