Supports Air Force strategic Foreign Military Sales (FMS) designated IT programs within Air Force Security Assistance & Cooperation Directorate (AFSAC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Provided an integrated approach to the strategic planning and execution of projects that are most critical to the success of the Presidential IT Community (PITC). As an experienced Program Manager within the PITC Program Management Office, I provided senior-level program and/or project management leadership in the delivery of complex, small to large-scale project initiatives, through the use of collaborative cross-agency teams, standard project and task management tools, and agile methodologies consistent with guidelines prescribed in the Program Management Improvement Accountability Act (PMIAA). Specifically, I managed mission critical Continuity of Operations/Continuity of Government (COOP/COGs) programs that encompassed tools and technology that enhanced personnel accountability. Managed the development of selection criteria and life-cycle maintenance requirements for continuity technology supporting Department and Component continuity plans, the life-cycle maintenance of the continuity technology supporting the agency COOP plan. I prepared Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Requests For Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Statements of Work/Statements of Objectives (SOW/SOO) and other supporting information as required by the Contracting Officer. I monitored project activities and resources in risk mitigation efforts and documented lessons learned. Furthermore, I worked extensively with cross functional teams to develop detailed Concept of Operations (CONOPS) guides and comprehensive test plans that helped validate project deliverables.

Directed conventional command and control (C2) actions supporting Emergency Plans, Operations Orders, and Operations Plans.
