My responsibilities are split between sales team management, CRM management, and client services with a focus on retention. As a customer facing manager, I regularly receive and resolve escalating customer service issues through mutually beneficial means for the client and our business. Additionally, I am developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies while leading the sales team in a high growth period.

Managing a team of 12 in one of the highest grossing lessons studios in the chain. Working directly with the VP of Communications and Business Development to develop and pilot growth and lead acquisition programs for the chain.

Determining eligibility for benefit programs such as SNAP and Medicaid while managing a case load of roughly 100 clients.
