Also staffed for the interior and exterior remodels of Publix Supermarkets.Carnival Cruise Lines Terminal & Norwegian Cruise Lines Terminal: Port of Miami, and Port Canaveral, FL: Part of the vision team for two design-build pursuits that included the construction of two 100,000 square foot cruise terminals for both Port cities. Special consideration was given to provide sustainable cladding systems, with the goal of LEED and implementation of a green roof. The schematic design involved parametric modeling using Rhinoceros with grasshopper and AutoDesk Maya and 3DS Max.Publix Supermarkets South Florida Region Exterior and Interior Remodel: South Florida: Remodel and facilities management architectural staff for South Florida region Publix Supermarkets. Work included existing conditions surveys, ADA and code review, design development and construction documents for exterior and interior remodels, expansions, and new work.
