Client Account Manager
● Manage team of individuals including workload, efficiency, quality control, training, and course correction. ● Run and develop programs and processes for accessioning, inventory, shipping, and logistics. ● Triaging and providing support for escalated issues from territory managers, account managers, genetic counseling, and other departments as needed. ● Responsible for compliance and enforcement of HIPAA regulations and company policies within Accessioning and Verification Department. ● Responsible for purchasing supplies and equipment related to product building, including seeking vendors, placing orders, managing purchase orders, and determining oh hand stock levels for both materials and equipment. ● Coordinating with FedEx and other couriers to monitor and evaluate shipping costs, frequency, and other statistics. ● Responsible for contacting any leads that come in from the region and securing information to determine the most appropriate course of action. ● Responsible for the setup of new accounts and providing follow up and support to ensure high customer satisfaction. ● Responsible for account outreach to follow up or check-in on specific concerns or issues that arise with an account. ● Responsible for making sure all accounts within salesforce.com contain the required information such as NPI, specialty, address, etc. ● Responsible for keeping CRM account and outreach activities current on a daily basis. ● Responsible for back-fill for other Account Managers in the event of PTO or other absences or work backlog.
