The IGDA Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that focuses on improving the lives of game developers by making game development a more diverse and inclusive community. As trustee I oversaw the programs and administered the funds we provided to fulfill this mission.

Served on the Board of Directors from 2009-2014, Chair 2010-2011, and Trustee to the IGDA Foundation from 2010-2014.- Led global game industry advocacy including filing an Amicus brief to the Supreme Court and speaking out on numerous issues on behalf of game developers worldwide.- Established a Health Insurance program for US IGDA members, providing affordable access to health insurance for small and independent developers with no other viable options.
