I have over 18 years of work experience in the railway industry, with core competencies in contracting, procurement, and management. I am passionate about delivering high-quality civil engineering projects that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I head up Contracting Division at H&A Rail Limited, a family-run, experienced railway civil engineering subcontractor and labour supply company that takes pride in its work and safety standards.In my current role, I lead a team of PTS trained in-house project managers, surveyors, multi-skilled operatives, and back-office support that have years of railway experience to bring to the track. I am responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from tendering and negotiation to execution and completion. I also manage the supply of trades and labour, plant, security, and logistics for various railway projects across the UK. I have successfully delivered multiple contracts for clients such as SISK Rail, AMCO, BAM plus many more Tier 1 & 2 Contractors to Network Rail using my skills in candidate generation, contract management, and procurement.
