As Director of Manufacturing for the Atlas Signs TEXAS Facility, I am accountable for the daily operation of the Facility and Shop Floor. I have restructured the shop floor workflow to meet the increased capacity demand on the Production Team. Thus far, I have built a Team of 120+ manufacturing professionals, and am continuing to match the growth in business. As a result of this, Atlas Signs has increased its national visibility, as well as its footprint in the Dallas Fort Worth market.

As a Senior Project Manager for Kieffer-Starlite, I manage 6 accounts, and coordinate a team of Project Managers; invoicing over $6 million in a given calendar year. As a team, we invoice over 450 individual projects annually. I am accountable for every aspect of each account beginning with estimating and continuing thru invoicing, including the following:Proposals to the client, and project estimatesContract negotiationProject timelinesCode review & permit acquisitionStatus reportsQuality controlProject margins As a Team Leader, I provide daily guidance to team members, in an effort to overcome hurdles and challenges associated with each project. I build strong relationships with clients and team members, by remaining accountable to my goals and theirs. As a Project Manager, I interact with all moving parts of each individual project, and directly influence the overall profitability of the individual accounts. At Kieffer-Starlite, I directly strategize with the Directors of Project Management, Art, Production, and Sales, and am completely influential in the quality of the finished sign product. Previous work experiences from within the Sign and Graphics Industries in Production, Production Management, and Project Management have uniquely qualified me to serve in a leadership role at an upper management or executive level.

As an integral part of the Dualite Team, I manage the daily operation of the 100,000 square foot Dualite facility in Cedar Hill, Texas. Overall, I am accountable for the timely, efficient production of all product, and must constantly make adjustments to maintain quality control standards. Additionally, I am accountable for maintaining a safe, organized, and productive facility; ensuring that our teams adhere to benchmark safety standards. Above all else, I oversee all activities on the production floor, providing guidance and leadership to each team member. As the Plant Manager, I maintain the production schedule and supervise all daily tasks performed. I implement and track all safety training for all equipment. I conduct departmental meetings and strategize with the team leaders how best to accomplish our tasks. At Dualite, we are maintaining a strong, agile, and dedicated work force by inter-departmentally cross training team members. Also as Plant Manager, I coordinate all property and building maintenance with the team leaders and building maintenance. I negotiate the financial terms with the electronic security company for this facility. I coordinate with the local municipality the safety inspection of all fire prevention equipment, sprinkler system, and water supply. My primary goal as Plant Manager is to ensure the opportunity for all employees to be successful at their work in this facility. This is accomplished by providing a safe work environment, training, proper equipment and tools, safety guidelines, direction and leadership.

As a part of the Design/Build Project Management Team at Gable Signs, I am managing several uniquely identifiable projects. After the sale is complete, I schedule and manage the progress of each project from design, to client approval, to permitting, to fabrication, to production, and through the install.

At Severn Graphics, I managed the daily operation of the graphics production. This included print production, fabrication, routing, laminating, and finishing. I managed a team of five, and coordinated the timely completion of all projects, after design approval. I was accountable for ordering all materials, and keeping a viable stock of inventory items.

As a Special Events Project Manager, I was accountable for managing the production, install, and dismantle of scenic elements and staging for a variety of events mainly in the Washington D.C. vicinity. The work entailed organizing and managing labor through the local Carpenter's Union.
