Utilized MOLE Thermal Profiler to acquire temperature profile data of industrial adhesives throughout the production process. Analyzed temperature profile data in order to provide oven setting recommendations and justify the design and construction of a thermal conservation tunnel. Developed unique prototype production tools and fixtures focused on setup time reduction and Assisted quality engineering staff in the analysis of nonconforming product.
